High quality of CCL-Kontur products is constantly verified by internal quality control system, which consists of two stages:
During printing:
- control of printing materials specifications
- control of production samples matching reference in both color and content
- control defects staying within allowed margin
- control of size specifications
- bar-code readability
- color imposition
- die cutter imposition
- foil embossing control
- foil adhesion
- dye adhesion
- edge size and quality
- anti-adhesion substrate quality
- lamination quality
 
After rolling, each roll is checked for::
- consistency of the label visible on the outer layer of the roll with reference sample
- consistency of roll size with specifications
- consistency of bung size
- consistency of edges with specifications
- consistency of roll marking
- packaging quality
- consistency of packaging marking
As a reference we use TOR 9570-001-81712294-2008, out internal quality regulations and individual regulations set by the client.
