CCL-Kontur offers state-of-the-art equipment from leading manufacturer of Switzerland and Germany.
We work with three types of machines:
- GALLUS–ARSOMA RCS 330 Of - Modular servo-motor printing press with 11+1 modules. Configuration options include up to six offset printing sections, up to eleven flexo printing sections, four screen-printing sections, four lamination sections and one hot embossing section.
- GALLUS-ARSOMA EMS410 – Modular servo-motor printing press with 9 modules. Configuration options include up to nine flexo printing sections, four screen-printing sections, three lamination sections and two hot embossing sections.
- GALLUS-ARSOMA EM 280 – Modular printing press with 9 modules. Configuration options include up to nine flexo printing sections, four screen-printing sections, two lamination sections and cold foil stamping sections.
Our finishing equipment, based on HELIOS (by AVT) and SHARK (by BST) defect detection system, offer 100% quality control.
